Nursing Home Fraudster Granted Bail
Nursing Home Worker Allegedly Stole 1 Million dollars. This was a very difficult bail application and took several days to conclude. The amount of money my client was alleged to have taken exceeded 1 million dollars and the case against her appeared to be quite strong. But when the court was presented with a more even-handed way of viewing these initially known facts, it was clear that my client might have a real defence available to her. On that footing, she was granted bail.
